Temvica Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Temvica: Pomodoro Timer, developed by Tasfin Hasan Sakib under Next Flow Apps, handles information.

1. Introduction

Temvica is a Pomodoro timer and productivity app. This policy describes the information that may be stored or processed when you use it.

2. Information stored locally

Temvica may store timer settings; focus and break durations; tasks and categories; completed session history; productivity statistics; selected sounds; timer styles; app preferences; and Premium entitlement status locally on your device. Temvica does not currently require users to create an account.

3. Third-party services

The production app may use Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Google Play Services, and Google Play Integrity API where included. These services may process device or other identifiers, Advertising ID, App Set ID, app interactions, ad impressions and clicks, device information, operating system and app version, approximate location derived from IP address, crash logs and diagnostics, purchase and entitlement information, and fraud-prevention and integrity signals.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide timer and task features, save settings, deliver ambient audio, process purchases, display and measure ads, support app analytics and crash diagnosis where applicable, prevent fraud, and support security and compliance.

5. Advertising

The free version may display Google AdMob ads. Advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions and device information may be processed depending on your consent, region and Google settings.

6. In-app purchases

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Temvica does not directly store full card or bank information.

7. Data sharing

Personal information is not sold. Data may be processed by Google and relevant service providers, and may be disclosed when legally required.

8. Data security

Supported network transmissions use encrypted connections such as HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Data retention

Locally stored tasks, settings, timer history and productivity information remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage or uninstall Temvica. Temvica does not currently maintain a server-side user account database for this local data. Google and other third-party services retain data under their own policies. Support emails may be retained only as long as needed to answer the request, prevent abuse, maintain necessary support records or comply with law.

10. Data deletion

Temvica does not provide user accounts. Delete locally stored information by deleting tasks or history inside the app where supported, using Android Settings → Apps → Temvica → Storage → Clear storage or Clear data, or uninstalling Temvica. To request deletion of information sent directly by email, write to nextflowapps@gmail.com with the subject Temvica Data Deletion Request.

11. Children’s privacy

Temvica is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

12. User choices

  • Reset or restrict your advertising ID.
  • Manage ad personalization through Google settings.
  • Clear app data or uninstall the app.
  • Request deletion of support communications.
